Total RIP OFF!!! Do not use this company. I had a VERY simple request. I needed grates, a gas hose, a starter and some accessories for my Viking Grill. It took me over 2 months to get them to come out. When they did, they had NO PARTS with them, charged me $185, did nothing and told me the parts would cost $1400+ and I would need to pay another $50 for them to come back and deliver the parts. NO SERVICE whatsoever. What is worse is they recommended I go to Home Depot to get the gas line. Home depot only sells a smaller hose. When I told the service person this, he said "It doesn't matter." With a high output grill like mine, a smaller hose would cause an explosion!!!

STAY AWAY from them!!! If Viking directs you to them, tell Viking you want someone else!!!

Overall

Terrible repair quality, terrible customer service. I requested to talk to the manager twice, he never called me back. Either he doesn't care or not getting the message. it feels like the whole business is being controlled by one person, its simply impossible to get anyone else on the phone and you completely on her mercy. DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Repaired Microwave broke after first use. I scheduled another appointment, no one showed up and didn't bother to call. I will call Viking as well, they should stop referring this company to the customers
