Audrey was nice - however she seemed anxious and it reflected as being in a hurry - took away the relaxation affect.

The front desk girls were very sweet. Diem is great at what she does! I have had my waxing done with her for over a year now and wouldn't go to anyone else.

Great new comfortable chairs! It was the first time I had this gal for my pedicure and manicure and she was very good.

Jeff is great! He has a great hand...Very artistic yet so careful in handling customers - delicate customers, like me!

Erin is incredible (like The Incredibles) just kidding! Seriously, I do love her style in applying nail polish. Very artistic!!

The service professional was very personal, customer service oriented and had the perfect waxing techniques. The front desk staff was very attentive from the moment I walked in even though she was finishing up with another customer. Not all InSpa's have the same high quality of service but Factoria is often very positive experience.

Erin continues to be a pleasure to see. I just had the most amazing facial ever! Cool and looking new! Wow I am so excited!!

Winnie gave the best pedicure ever! I can't wait to see her again. She is a gem. And Tam, on the other hand, is excellent, professional and always does a terrific job.

Veronica is amazing and I appreciate her professionalism. I went to her and booked an appointment for myself and my daughter with her again two days later. She's an excellent girl.
