        Overall

        Bank of America was not a fit based on underwriter's requirements and not being able to meet closing date. We were pre-approved for mortgage based on being "Bank of America Preferred Rewards Platinum" customer. Underwriting team wanted to delay closing to obtain tax returns from IRS for self employed. If you are self employed, save yourself spinning wheels with underwriter who does not want your loan.
