Health Care-Rehab Service-S E Vt

I have been a patient of this health system since march for treatment of an addition. This treatment requires me to attend weekly meetings that are lead by a therapist. These groups i am less then impressed with, and the topics are almost at an elementary level. I do not feel that i gain any useful education or therapy from these sessions and i know that i am alone w this feeling. The professionalism and direction of these group meetings often leaves me feeling more frustrated then at ease w my addiction therepy! Please help w understanding and hopefully re-directing these requirements according to the individual seeking treatment! Thank you!
