        If Your Desperate!

        I've been too BCity nails many times and they have yet too make me happy. Sure there prices are decent and there designs are Ok but thre overall courtesy for the customer Sucks!! They're extremley rough and distracted when they do nails AND they Hardly ever clean there utensils. They use the same napkins and water. Yuck! I understand times are hard but not that hard!
