Dont Use This Store! Its a 3rd party store/if there are problems/like I had/Verizon cant help you & good luck with them. Bought a phone from the manager. Told me since it had been 4 yrs since my last one, there would be no charge for this phone & if I paid for the upgrade fee there, I wouldnt see any changes on my next bill. I asked many times & she assured me there would be no additional charges. My next bill had another upgrade fee & a monthly charge for the phone for the next two years! I called & told me if I came in tues she would fix it/credit my account. I showed up/she called off. District manager promised me she would fix it tomorrow with no changes to my account/credit for what she promised me. Didnt happen. Went in fri & she quit and he transfered. Employee that was there during all this told me she would say anything to make a sale. Manager from another store wouldnt do anything about the monthly fee, told me I would get a credit for the other fee and that didnt happen.
