The office staff are ignorant, nasty, lazy liars.

Oxford Realty Group will charge working people more money so they can let dirt bags with welfare vouchers live next to you and chain smoke cigarettes into your window all day.

Then if you complain, you will never see maintenance in your apartment again, because they will say they 'don't like' you and feel uncomfortable working in your place.

The buildings are falling apart with mold infestation.

The pool if filthy because the pump is broke - and has not been fixed in 9 years

The slum lord that owns this filthy, decaying dump will not even admit ownership.

If you want to get so angry that you plan on killing your neighbor, move here. Bring guns.

Extremely Poor. Longmeadow Apartments, LLC, is managed by the Oxford Realty Group, and directed by the 'Lafonge Associates': George Karasick, Susan Lee and Harry Rieder. They employ 2 property managers - Ari Mandel for Longmeadow - and office staff to run a clutch of the filthiest, dirtiest residential hovels ever seen in industrialized countries. These people are the quintessential 'slumlords'. Never return a call, never respond to inquiries, the BBC has them listed with a 'F' rating. I am paying $1000.00/month for a 736 square foot, one bedroom apartment, with the roof caving in on top of me for 6 years now. There is so much mold on the ceiling there are slimy, stalagtites dripping down. I work 60-80 hours a week, but my neighbors are all on welfare housing, none of them work and they keep me up all night partying. Since the buildings are very old and not maintained, all the insulation around the windows is deteriorated and the heating/air conditioning is over $300.00/month. I cannot urge the reader strongly enough to shun any property managed by the OXFORD REALTY GROUP - Lafonge associates (criminals).

I do not know any of these people giving good reviews and I have been here for almost a decade. The staff is lazy and hostile, the property is literally falling apart around us. There are a great deal of break ins to cars and there are herds of youth who travel the parking lot all night. I hear close range gun fire lately as well. This place is bad news, and it is getting worse by the day. The management is truly awful.

I have lived here for eight years. Melissa is just the most recent office staff on the scene. I have been through six, yes six other property managers before this one at Longmeadow. These office staff are utterly useless because the owner himself does not care about the property. These office people cannot do anything without approval, and the owner is not giving approval for anything. This property has been in a declining state of disrepair since we moved in eight years ago. My husband and I do all the repairs ourselves, we do not even call the office. Melissa has been here the longest of any of the office staff - because she would not spit on you if you were on fire - management likes that attitude here.
