I purchased some boots at a Christmas Expo and I wore them 2 hours called the store the next business day and said I would take an exchange but that I have blisters and that my whole ankle is scab now. The sales lady who answered was really sweet she said she would have to give it the owner and after a few hours the same saleslady called me back not the owner who makes the decisions and told me the owner said no she would not take them back because they were sales item. I had no idea they were sales item I purchased them at a busy expo! Now I have a pair $50. boots that I can't wear. I would never purchase anything from this store, they do not care about their customers!! I would have been a returning customer but now not ever!!
