Wish I could give 0 stars!!!!!! Customer service is terrible!!!! Last week I was cheated out of two pieces of chicken. I called and politely let them know if the mistake the person "took my name down". I returned and placed an order and also stated that I would like to get the two piece that was owed. The employee told me to come around to the window. I overheard her asking the manager if my name was on the list he said no and the persisted to make joking playful commentary back one forth with the employee!!! that I should call "nick" or whomever put me on the "list"!!! I happen to know the manager and he's a cool guy but Business is business. So they rung me up for my purchase prior to me being notified that it was nothing they could do my name wasn't on the list, in return I asked for a refund of my purchase since the only reason I went back was to get what was owed to me in the first place. I heard the person boxing up the chicken saying " she want a refund because she can't get no free chicken". I told him I don't want nothing free baby.. the chicken already been paid for!!! I want what I paid for. The manager finally came to window at this point and I told the manager the same. It's not about getting anything free!!! I didn't create the policy of some dumb makeshift list it's not my fault. I wasn't being rude or nasty I just refuse to spend money where I've already been cheated!! The unprofessional attitudes of the employees was worst of all, although there was one lady who came to help the manager process the refund at the register she made eye contact smiled and said hello as I did the same back. Last week was my first time back at Popeyes because I heard the roaches were gone lol...oh well I guess it will be a while before I go back again

Please do not eat here. This food is so nasty and the staff have a bad attitude.
