Glen at Polo Park

I’ve lived at The Glen almost 7 years. This is a wonderful friendly community. The Office & Maintenance Staff are professional, personable, they make sure our Apt/Homes, the grounds, & amenities are all well maintained. The Glen is a very Pet friendly community as well.
All the Staff members know the residents by name, which is impressive to me!
I love living here.

THIEVES LIARS CON SCAM ARTIST
Before I gave these people my deposit 235 I asked if it was refundable in the event I didnt move in The leasing agent looked me square in my eye and said that only 100 was refundable because the other 135 is admin fees I applied and paid the deposit and was approved After I was approved the Glen informed me that they wanted reference letters old pay stubs and require a certain amount of renters Insurance and they want to be added as benefactors to my policy! I found it unacceptable that I was not made aware of these requirements BEFORE I gave them 235 and I have leased nicer places before with out all that red tape So I decided I would not move in I asked the leasing agent if I could pick up my 100 refund check at the office she said YES and it would be ready in 30 days 30 days later and Maxus Properties The Glens management company GOOGLE THEM is trying use shady used car salesman tactics to steal the 100 refundable deposit! If you are considering the Glen take a look at The Palacides WaterMark on Walnut The Parc at Bentonville The Ranch Stone Leigh Stone Manor The Pointe at Bentonville Links at Rainbow Curve The Trials at Bentonville The Greens at Blossom Way All of the afore mention properties are newer more modern than the Glen The Glens rates are too high for the product they are selling 12 yr old outdated apartments located in the boonies These people are scam artist just look at their leasing rate pyramid scheme The Glen basically forces you to sign a 15 month lease if you want to get a sort of decent rate Their rates are erratic the unit I was going to rent went from 775 to 800 to 810 to 910 all within a matter of 2 weeks All new leases have a introductory rate and when its up your rate goes up by 100's of dollars they force you to pay 100's more or vacate! Thats why most people dont renew with them and thats why The Glen always has vacancy all the other complexs have a wait list except The Glen at Pigeon Park

I LOVE my apartment and the staff are all so super nice and helpful! Definitely recommend this place to everyone I know!!!
