        We opened the doors in the foundation business as Foundation Repairs and Home Improvements, Inc. in 1982. Most problems have not changed much since that time. Shaky unlevel floors, as well as overstressed footings by load or underlying bad soils, can be repaired with helical piers or similar products. Basement walls bowing inward caused by wet, heavy and heaving soil can be repaired by bolting steel braces into the floor and floor joists against the wall to stop the wall from moving. Weather it is uneven floors, overstressed footings, or bowing basement walls, we can give you an evaluation and fix the problems.
