I have purchased or leased several Infiniti's from Jim Coleman over past number of years. I am about to turn in a lease vehicle and Ahmad Hanif has been incredibly helpful and cooperative in making arrangements for me to do that at the dealership. He has continued my overall great experiences with this dealership, even when not making a car deal. Greatly appreciate those efforts.

After visiting many other dealerships in the area, I found Jim Coleman Infiniti in Bethesda to be an excellent place to buy a car. Ahmad was extremely informative of the model I had chosen and was open about the car, history etc. The purchase of the vehicle was a very smooth transaction, I couldn't have been happier! Also, there was a hurdle in the delivery of the vehicle as I am about an hour from the dealership. Ahmad and another co-worker volunteered to follow me home with the purchased vehicle and an additional car so I wouldn't have to drive back to Bethesda! Ahmad and the dealership went above and beyond to make my purchase exceptional! Thank you!!!
