The facility is very clean, accessible, and easy to use. The staff is great. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend this place if you ever need storage. Also, for move-in ask about borrowing the truck. It was easy and really helped.

Security Storage could not have provided a better experience. The staff as a whole is knowledgeable and there was always a manager on duty and always three staff persons on duty at any given time. Unfortunately I visited Security Storage at a frustration with the poor service I received at their competition. I'm lucky I did not give up before finding them. Their competition seem to always Hedge I'm giving me straightforward answers to relatively simple questions on whether they dehumidified space, what was the range of temperatures throughout the year, and how frequently I could expect price increases. Security on the other hand was more than happy to openly answer my concerns, in fact using the answers as their unique service proposition. I cannot say enough how their concern for the customer, their knowledge and ability to help place customers in the right size unit, and their overall customer service. Whether you us Security or not, make it a point to visit one of their facilities. You will be glad you did. Let me suggest your visiting them after you have gone to some of their competitors. The difference will surprise you.

We are very pleased with the service and the facility at Security Public Storage on River Road in Bethesda, MD. We were in need of a temporary storage facility to move our small business office out of our home during a renovation. After looking at a handful of places in the area, we selected Security Public Storage. Their facility is clean, well-lit when having to gather something out of storage and a very convenient location on River Road. And the staff is fantastic. They are knowledgeable and very helpful, friendly, and professional at the same time. Additionally, the terms offered were reasonable for what we needed. We highly recommend the facility and team at Security Public Storage. We have been very pleased with the service they provide and are happy we selected them for our storage needs!
