        Overall

        Dropped car off the night before. Spoke with them 730am next morning. Flat tire only. Told them just put cheapest option tire on the car. Told them I needed the car by 330pm. Show up at 3pm, haven't even started. Haven't even ordered the tire. 4pm they tell me it will take up to an hour and a half just to get the tire. Then they have to put it on. Plans shot. They had the car all day and this is the 2nd time this happened over something as small as a tire or oil change. Avoid this place like the plague. Terrible. Will never rely on them again for anything.
