I had the worst experience ever as a first time home buyer. I put an offer on 1814 W Pennsylvania St Allentown PA 18109, agent Kathleen Gregory on January 5, 2018. After paying $ 519 for inspection & $524 for an appraisa.l Kathleen waits 4 weeks to inform my agent that there's an issue with the title. The sellers owes $44, 000. As a first time home buyers searching for my dream home, this was a nightmare! As I was robbed of $1043.00. As the property is only appraised at $148,000. The property was just but back on the market for $ 158,900 again by Coldwell Bankers. Where's the honestly & loyalty!!!!

We had a horrible experience with one of their agents. He did not communicate well at all. The mangers handled the situation pretty well and the president of the company was WONDERFUL at responding to my concerns. We would have appreciated an apology from our agent which his manager failed to make sure we received. I will not be recommending this company because of that reason. I highly suggest you avoid the Realtor we used but since he is crying about libel we will not use his name. In my opinion, a true professional would not worry so much about a negative review.
