Frank Barbehenn is an outstanding counselor. I have been seeing him for over 10 years and he has helped me see through many of my psychological problems. He advises ways for you to help yourself with not only present problems but to find the root of it and then helps you help yourself. He has helped save me mentally, physically and spiritually. One other great part of Frank is that he doesn't give up on you even when you want to give up on yourself!
