UPS Customer Center

My package was stolen after drop off, after the man asked me what the contents were, and I told him trump merchandise. He was a hostile democrat and he stole merchandise because he hated trump. The tracking after 2 weeks shows the package was checked in and then nothing. It is because he stole it and threw it away. Drop off was dec 23 at 12:45. I’ll describe the man as bald, Caucasian, thin about 6 foot. I can’t find a phone number to report him to a manager. You can’t reach a facility by a 800 number. I have 4 online stores and we won’t use UPS anymore.

I had a package that was held for delivery at this facility. The number given is an 800 number. YOU CANNOT REACH A FACILITY FROM THE 800 NUMBER. "They" are in inbound line, only. So, I am on line trying to find a way to communicate with the UPS facility that is a few miles from my house. I am disgusted.

I had an issue with way a package had been delivered .I submitted a claim through national center to have a person from Bethlehem office return call.i received a call from a woman at this office who was completely unprofessional with the way she addressed this situation.I had never had a problem with UpS before ,I requested a manager or supervisor and was told No one was there.UPS is not the only Cartier and we do have choices.Our business keeps incompetent people like this woman employed,she should remember that when addressing a customer. I have since read other reviews and it seems it's a pattern with this office.How sad!

A UPS person phoned me on my 'land line' on Thursday to tell me the UPS delivery person said my address did not exist, strange really since one building on our property has been here since 1910 the other since 1990 and the USPO delivers daily no problem. I was informed the medical supplies package would be on the truck Friday.... Its now Saturday I guess its still on the truck. Phoning customer service is a complete waste of time since I never get through to a live person... UPS your customer service and delivery is incompetence personified. I'd have liked to put a minus in front of the one star I was forced to give you.

I didn't receive two packages that according to you were delivered. When I tried to find out where they were, there was no number to call and speak to a live person.

We have been waiting for over 8 days for UPS to deliver 4 packages that we paid 2 day shipping for and they never attempt to deliver them even though the tracking numbers say they are out for delivery. I had to call the center and tell them just to keep them at the facility so that I could pick them up myself because they were not being delivered. Never using UPS as a delivery system again. Very disappointed that I paid to have these delivered and now I have to spend more money to drive out there and pick up my own packages!!!

The UPS Center in Bethlehem PA delivered our package to the wrong address though the correct address was clearly on the package. The allowed someone else to sign for our package and even gave me the wrong address where they delivered it. SO FAR THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO GET IT TO OUR HOME. IF WE CAN WE WILL NEVER EVER USE UPS AGAIN.
