Cost Cutters

I had an appointment & had to wait a half a half hour. Stylist was in the back room with the manager. I think she was in trouble with her, because she ran out the front door, so I never even got to meet her. Manager walked out behind her & never even apologized to me or offered to cut my hair. It is really freaking weird in there, very poor management as well. One stylist working at that time & she said she couldn't cut my hair either because of her appointments, so I just said, I'll go some place else & I did. Never will go back there again!!!

Do not go here to get your children's hair cut. Very rude by telling me that they could not cut my son's hair. Almost walked out with my son's hair half cut. Left me feeling very angry. Never going back!!!!!!
