Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I went on 8/29 and ordered cheeseburger combos from menu, horrible, the burgers were cold. I went up and they looked at me, and I asked to talk to someone, no one came, I went back and then the girl comes back and says what do you want me to do with it. Oh boy, we let her know, she brought them back and they were microwaved hot. Told us they turned off the grill. We never ordered desert and left. I would never go back go to McDonald's and order their combos, better value, better food and they cones are good. Their staff is poorly trained and they have attitudes. I also noticed them handling the cones from the cash register to the ice cream machines. I'd give them a zero but there's no option.

Went on a Saturday and watched the cashier take money and then handle my food with her bare hands. Food did not have a protective layer on it. I promptly cancelled my order and got my money back.

Poorly trained staff. Rude service. Go to Culvers it's across the street.
