Apple Store-The Summit

I've always had great service before and after the sale. I've learned lots of shortcuts and tips from the sales people and when I've had a problem and had to schedule a service appointment they have stuck with it until the problem was solved and I was happy. It's usually very crowded but I've never had a problem getting help.

Horrible service after the sale. Very nice and helpful when I bought it but the first time I needed help they were very rude and not helpful!

This store has several employees that love to assist you buy products and accessories, but return after the sale and ask for assistance and the responses are lacking. Some have a condescending approach to current store customers.

Be prepared.
