They will lie about the services that are provided and corporate allows them to breach confidentiality and tell everyone your business and harrass you at work for no reason. Corporate does nothing to resolve the issue except for a lot more harassment and hanging up the phone and promising to resolve issues with no return calls.

They will call your references and friends when they are trying to reach you. After they promised they would not do this. The service people were very rude at the corporate office
