        The customer service was awesome. Britney was super nice. Downtown Enterprise was a good choice for me to rent the van we needed for a family trip. Thanks to everyone.

        I have never had a bad experience with enterprise downtown Birmingham. I feel like the representatives at this location are like family and they make me feel the same. It dosnt matter what area of town I live in or how close I live to another enterprise, I will always go to the downtown branch. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give the downtown branch a 30. The branch manager is awesome. If she leaves and goes to another location I think I would follow her.

        I love Enterprise service downtown. Samantha is wonderful she is friendly but professional and even if you have questions about the car after you leave the lot they have no problem helping you.....love them
