Hoover General Contractors

If I could give this business less than one star I would. They are extremely unprofessional. The work was subpar and there are hidden expenses that they did not disclose (and their billing method was dubious at best). Contractors showed up early some days, late many other days, and sometimes they failed to show up at all (without notifying us). The craftsmanship was not good, they were not professional, and the work was not a good value for the money. I recommend that you STAY AWAY from this business. Give your money to another company rather than Hoover General, who doesn't appreciate their customers.

These guys have not come through for us. We have been without a kitchen since February. My wife and I have done everything except put in the subfloor. We have all the materials we purchased because they took forever with their products. They are horribly unorganized and failed to show when ever something is scheduled. Our insurance companyou has already paid them but nothing is getting done. I would not recommend them to any9ne. Not even my worst enemy.

Unorganized, unprofessional, no supervisors on the job.
