Rare Transportation

We could not have asked for anything more of Rare Transportation and our driver, Lana, on our daughter's wedding day. We had the shuttle for 14 hours and Lana was amazing from start to finish! Also, Shaun and Peyton were so easy to work with during the planning stages. I would absolutely recommend Rare Transportation to anyone in need of shuttle/bus service. Thanks for making the day/night so special for our friends and family!

After doing a search online for local transportation vendors in Alabama, I settled on Rare Transportation. Their website was informative and easy to navigate. I placed an inquiry and a short time later I received a call from Peyton Reid. It was nice that he actually tried calling me first before replying via e-mail!

Peyton was very professional and after providing him my tentative itinerary he sent me a proposal the next day.

We used Rare in Birmingham, then to Montgomery, and then to our final destination, Atlanta. I received bus confirmations from Shaun Wormely well ahead of the day of use.The drivers were always on time and professional.

I would definitely recommend Rare Transportation to anyone looking for transportation in the region.

Amazing from beginning to end. 1) Price was cheaper than I expected by far. 2) Employees at the office were very friendly. 3) Driver was on time and very friendly. 4) Driver was accommodating and courteous. 5) Driver was thorough and she kept in touch with me. I was able to fully enjoy my wedding day because this company did exactly what they promised (and more) without supervision or oversight.

Rare Transportation was amazing to work with. Lynsey replied quickly to several last minute changes I had and made me feel at ease with all of it. Guy was our driver and he was calm and friendly which was perfect for my wedding nerves!!

We use Rare Transportation at least once a month for corporate transportation for our trainees in the area. Rare picks up the group from a local hotel and takes them to our training center. Then they take the group to dinner and back to the hotel. The same driver is usually assigned to our account and everyone knows him by name now. They are always on time. Booking transportation with Rare is so easy. I love working with them because they are a small business and really care about what they do. I would recommend them to anyone!

Our group was planning a trip to the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa for a football game and contracted a shuttle bus from Rare Transportation. They provide shuttle services anywhere in the state of Alabama. Their transportation service was absolutely a necesity in making our day go without a hitch. If you need transportation to airport they also provide airport shuttle service for larger groups. It is hard to find a company that provides airport shuttle for groups of 25 or more. We have used them for executive shuttle and corporate business transportation services as well. Their buses are also a great alternative to a limousine. Regardless of the transportation needed Rare Transportation will deliver service safely and punctually.
