WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. "5-20 minutes" is what they say but it will take you over an hour for a cab. Absolutely ridiculous cannot wait for über in Birmingham

the operator on Oct. 7th between 1-3 pm was extememly rude and pertednded not to understand. AND THE CAB WAS LATE

This cab company is notorious for its lousy service. Its drivers are always late IF they show up at all. I work in Downtown and live in Downtown. I have tried them four or five times. Each time was a disaster. Don't even bother using them. They are a total waste of time.

Absolutely horrible service. Said wait would be 5-45min. Took over 2hrs...continued to lie to me and tell me they were close

An hour later a female calls and says she's about 15min away I tell her thts wht they tol me an hour ago and she hangs up on me.... That is great service come get me yellow cab!!!!!!
