        Overall

        Worst customer service ever. Waited in the shade for the bus to come and when he came down the hill I started running for the bus stop which was 15 feet away and he gunned it and waved at me as he passed me by. Called customer service and they said if I'm not at the bus stop he doesn't have to wait even 10 seconds. This is a very sorry way to run a business. The bus was empty he had no one on board and it would not have killed him to give me 10 seconds to get to the bus. Please bring uber to Birmingham .
