All Year Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

My family and I cannot recommend this business or its owner Leandro Franco.

We entered into a contract with Fusion Air Conditioning & Heating to install 2 heating & air conditioning systems within our home. A project for which we were quoted a 2 week installation time. We paid the initial deposit & followed-up with a second payment to cover the cost of the larger equipment when asked (leaving the balance due upon completion and approval/inspection) as agreed.

At first, work failed to have started immediately. Once it did start, Mr. Franco and his team of completely inexperienced employees would consistently arrive late and/or never show-up at all. I can not stress enough how inexperienced his crew is; most have never seen an HVAC system in their short careers.

We are currently entering the 15th week and Mr. Franco has failed to turn over any proof of permits let alone a complete, working system. We have had over a dozen no call / no shows where the owner stipulates the date & time of his arrival & then fails to comply. Simply getting Mr. Franco to return a call &/or text is nearly impossible. When he does, he fails to provide any significant update.

In addition to being non-compliant with the agreed upon terms, Mr. Franco & his crew have been incredibly negligent. They have cause unnecessary damage to drywall, studs, hardwood flooring & carpeting throughout the house. This has forced us to incur additional expenses in order to repair damages caused by their negligence.

Mr. Franco has lied about submitting the permits on several occasions (verifiable by calling the local township). Once the forms were finally submitted, they were submitted incorrectly-thus causing further delays to the project. Mr. Franco fails to provide any sort of update and refuses to respond to any calls. We are forced to call the town on a weekly basis just to keep track of where we stand with inspection.

I have worked with contractors my entire career; Mr. Franco is-by far-the worst.

This is NOT a good company!!!Please!! These are the most dishonest men. The owner Leandro Franco and his worker Victor Santos will lie to you constantly. Since the beginning of November, Victor Santos installed a Boiler in our station. To this day it is not working properly. We have called numerous amounts of times to let them know and to this date they have to fixed it! Victor Santos will also ask for cash payments!!! Please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!!!! We now have to hire someone else to fix our boiler.
