        Overall

        The place delivered my monument two months later than promised. They refused to accept responsibility for any problem by blaming the cemetery, the plot owners, the rabbi, the inscribers, the trucking company etc. They realized at the last minute they didnt have the organization name that owned the plot even though I originally gave them all the information.. I had to take make calls on my own to get things straightened out. The owner of the company lacked any sensitivity and was argumentative making a stressful situation trying to plan an unveiling that much worse. I filed a dispute with the credit card company and the owner threatened to remove the monument off my dad's grave. Very disgraceful behavior. Save yourself a lot of stress and dont use this company.
