This review comes after several months of trying to simply get a new set of dentures with Blue Springs Dental Arts. To save you a great deal of time and from throwing away your hard earned dollars I strongly suggest you do adequate due diligence before choosing this practice. In my experience their number one concern is Payment in Full, customer satisfaction and quality workmanship are secondary and tertiary. The new dentures I finally received from Blue Springs Dental Arts were frankly horrible and I could not even wear them for a single day.

I then went to another dentist, one with a lab onsite, and their assessment of the Blue Springs Dental Arts produced dentures were initially a great laugh followed by the Dentist showing them to the rest of his staff as an example of how not to make dentures.
Top set had all front teeth angled too far forward so a proper bite would be possible. The bottom was even worse as there was not enough of them to even protect the gum line. The set showed obvious appearances that more than one lab constructed them as the gums were two tone with yellow acetone stains on them.

The bottom line from the new dentist was that the new $3k dentures I just bought and paid in full for were dysfunctional and irreparable. Comments from Blue Springs Dental Arts was basically...."too bad, you left with them so you approved them".

It took Blue Springs Dental Arts nearly 5 months to complete their work. The new dentist is Aspen Arts and they have their labs onsite so turn around time will be one week. Plus they have a Money Back Guarantee so they obviously have confidence in the quality of their services.
