horrible service!

They decided to modify my account into a fee based account, which I did not authorize. Then decided to close my account without notice. I had been with them for 8 months... had to close and reopen the account twice. Was forced to activate 4 debit cards due to their incompetence. Just one problem after another... I'm taking my banking elsewhere. I will say, the people their are sweet and kind.

I've banked with FCB since 1998. Love them, if ever a problem (which have been Very minimal) they have fixed it quikly & professional. I won't go anywhere else. I've used them from the Bluefields to North Carolina to Peterstown & always been treated great like they have known me always, like family. Recommended to anyone that wants great service, very professional & like you are important.
