Hired this company in 2014 to do a commercial facade renovation in Coral Springs and they walked off the job post demolition phase for no legitimate reason, damaged my flat roof (in turn I lost my flat roof warranty with my other roofer), had to re- wire the electrical because he tore it out , had to re-do truss work with another contractor and in general , delayed my project one year to completion(2015) causing loss of income to my tenants not to mention rent reductions and leak drama. ARZ also tried to take my materials from my property 3 months after quitting my project (we have a police report) . The most unprofessional company period!
