Bluegreen Vacations

I don't like to give reviews but don't book with Bluegreen Vacations​ / #bluegreencorporation / BluegreenAssociates​ Bluegreen-fountains​ / @Bluegreen Travel Vacation CLUB​. They are not trust worthy. I booked a promo deal and was supposed to receive incentives for booking with them but they did not come through on any of the promises that were made to me before they swiped my card and took my money out of my account. I called several times trying to fix this issue but was always turned over to their booking agency that never booked any of the promised incentives for me. their non land promos but they kept referring me back to them even though the agency couldn't never complete my booking because the did nit have access to inventory. I did a lot of leg work myself and even tried contacting the supplier to see if its possible that they can release inventory to that agency. to no avail. They are running scams. Don't waste your money guys.

Here are my two cents worth. We have been Bluegreen members since 1997. It has changed a lot since we first joined and not necessarily for the better. It has become a nickle and dime organization. If you want to roll over your points, pay money. But you can't use your rolled over points for any good weeks. If you want to guarantee your reservation, pay money. What I have noticed is that you have to work the system. It is not easy either but the vacations we have had have been fun and we love not staying in a hotel.

I joined 18 moths ago & have had a few problems. The points you get for the maintenance fees every year may be worth it if there was not trouble with booking. I can never seem to get the dates I want. When I did go away the 1st time I was unable to get a 2 bedroom unit but one right next to the 1 bedroom I got sat vacat the whole time! They treat you better while you are shopping to buy than they do once you are a member. I was given points as their way of making up for problems I experienced only to have them taken away later!
