Ann Nails and Spa

Got me in right away as a walk-in. Super friendly. They speak to each Other in English most of the time so you don't fell left out. Did a fabulous job fixing my nails from another place. Gave me a beautiful design. My nails have never looked better. Acrylic isn't thick and actually looks like real nails. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE

The best pidicure I've had in a very long time.

This salon is the worst I've ever been to. The color I selected was not the color she painted and theN went he color cracked and wrinkled BEFORE it ever dried I asked for it to be removed. At this point I've spent 2 hours (mani and pedi) and had to leave. They charged me $56. I told them I would pay for pedi and main but not gel polish and she daughter with me. She told me it was my fault and I was wierd. Never apologized, was on the phone the while time. I paid because how can you fight with someone the doesn't speak any english. Poor poor experience. Horrible service. This place should be shut down.

I have really dark eyebrows and have unfortunately had loads of bad wax jobs on them. But- I went to Ann (at a different location) about 3 years ago and have never let anyone else but her touch them since! She is great. I have even followed her to this location! Ask for Ann :)

Today was our first visit to this nail salon. My daughter called and made an appointment for a mani/pedi. We arrived 10 minutes before appointment time. The salon was clean and first impression was "I think I like this place". The ladies (no name given) who did our mani/pedi was rude. She rushed through the appointment and seemed bothered that we were taking up her time. They did a Sloppy job on the manicure and pedicure. One of the ladies never said thank you. Needless to say NO TIP! First and Last visit to this salon.
