        For a 'camping' trip, I sought...

        For a 'camping' trip, I sought a business to deep freeze my numerous water jugs. They were to be used as refrigeration in a cooler and for drinking as they thawed. I asked whether the items would be deep frozen, and received the answer "yes, we freeze down to 0 degrees". This was not true, unless you allow that she meant centigrade, which in any case 0 degrees centigrade is not 'deep freezing'.



        After 10 days in their freezer, some of the items were not even frozen at all, while others thawed very quickly. None lasted more than a day in the coolers (2.5 gallon water jugs). Would have had us in a real pickle if I hadn't purchased dry ice from the local grocery.
