Only Camp Bow Wow for Our Aussies

My wife and I are retired and very particular about our two Aussies. We have tried other locations and even while traveling out-of -state, boarded them for a night at one of the most exclusive kennels and train facilities in the state of Washington. This place even had a medical screening before your companion would be allowed into the facility. Even with all of this notoriety and fanfare, our Aussies were not happy there. Each day our dogs get to go to Camp Bow Wow, they can't wait to get through to doors to begin their play day. Camp Bow Wow's staff are great and they ensure that your furry companion has the best experience possible, whether it be for the day, overnight or for an extended boarding. We never have to worry about boarding them overnight, for those times that we are unable to have them accompany our travels or daytime projects. Give them a try, you and your best friend will be hooked.

Completely worth it!

I am a first time dog owner of a German Shepherd puppy who I got at 3 months old. Stoli was very shy of both people and dogs and I got very concerned about him in terms of socializing and becoming aggressive. We started going to camp Bow Wow at around 4 months old for doggy day care and Stoli has just loved it!! He gets tons of play time to wear himself out with other dogs and has also grown in confidence so as to not be scared of people. They truly do treat them as their own; Stoli now doesn't even care when I'm there to drop him off he heads right for the back for the other dogs! He is now 6 months old and we still go he has even boarded there where he had a blast as I watched from Portland Oregon. And the one time there was an incident with stoli they took amazing care of him and called me right away to let me know. I swear by this place it's amazing and I'll keep going with Stoli until they kick us out haha

LOVE Camp Bow Wow!!

My puppy absolutely LOVES Camp Bow Wow! He has been going there for daycare and for overnight stays (sometimes more than week!) for about a year. I have always been impressed when I go to pick him up - the staff is extremely professional and friendly and my dog is always EXHAUSTED! He has so much fun playing with the other dogs (both indoors and outdoors) and I get the treat of having a tired dog who doesn't need a walk if I've had too long of a day!I wholeheartedly recommend Camp Bow Wow to anyone who has a dog who likes to play (or even just a dog who likes to have company all day!)!!

Send Your Kid to Camp!

My dog and I LOVE LOVE LOVE Camp Bow Wow! I've been impressed since the day I got a tour. The cabins (kennels) are large and clean, the staff is friendly and caring, and the offerings - holiday photo sessions, grooming, spay/neuter clinics - are terrific. I know my dog is safe and will have a great time, since so much care is taken to make sure the dogs get along and have friendly temperments. I especially appreciate that there are cameras on the play yards so I can check on my pup when I start to miss him. CBW is well worth the money and I recommend it highly!

Camp Bow Wow Boise

My 2 1/2 year old high energy Bordie Collie mix, Marley, has been going to Camp Bow Wow in Boise about once a week since she was 7 months old. Until she was about 2, she was very destructive around the house even though I exercised her every day and hiked with her on weekends. What a pleasant surprise when she started going to Camp! Not only did it help her get over her chewing problem, she was so exhausted when she got home from a day at Camp that she barely had the energy to eat her dinner! The staff at Camp takes much care in determining which play group to put your dog in based on size, energy level, temperament, etc. and Marley has always done well there. She recently spent two nights there on her first boarding experience. What a relief it was for me to know she would be well taken care of and safe, with dogs and people she was familiar with. Sure, Marley would love to stay home with me all day, but I work full time and she has to stay home alone during the week. I break up her w

Love Camp Bow Wow!

I love camp bow wow. The staff cares about me as the dog owner, but more importantly, they really care about the dogs. My little girl started out shy and now loves to go to camp and play.

Camp Bow Wow is the best!

I have been taking my dog to Camp Bow Wow in Boise since November of 2008. He has spent many weeks boarding as we travel quite frequently. He also visits 1-2 days a week for day camp. We have had great experiences at camp. My dog loves to go and play, and is always happy and healthy when we pick him up. I feel like the staff goes above and beyond what is expected. When our dog spent the first week there, he didn't eat very well. One of the owners, sat with him in his kennel and hand fed him, which I understand is quite common among the staff. They truly love the animals that come in their facility. I have taken my dog to other boarding facilities in Boise, and my experiences were not good at all. I have been brought the wrong dog at pick up time, had a dog that was so wound up and stressed out due to being locked in a kennel for most of his stay. At Camp Bow Wow, he comes home tired and happy because he was able to get out and play with the other dogs most of the day. I highly recomme

Doggy day care

Was horribly disappointed by their performance. I picked my dog up and noticed that he had a 4 inch scar on his nose when i got home. I had to call and inquire about it as they did not tell me. He also has kennel cough which he did not have when he was dropped off. He was also possibly hit or beaten as his nature towards people has changed durastically. If you need a good and safe place for your pet to stay, try River City Vet in Meridian.
