At Salmon Creek Retirement Living, Boise, this stipulation is applied even in the event of death or acute sudden illness necessitating a move. At move in, my mother was also charged a security deposit of $1045. My mother's SECURITY DEPOSIT of $1045.00 was ARBITRARILY applied to the 30 day notice to vacate. My mother sustained serious pelvic and hip injuries, was in the hospital for nearly a month, and COULD NOT RETURN to Salmon Creek but the 30 day notice to vacate was enforced and her security deposit of $1045 was CONFISCATED AND ARBITRARILY retained by Salmon Creek.
