Locker Room

I called on Oct.4, 2011 at 8:50am and spoke with Sue. I was very unhappy with her lack of excitement and motivation. She made me feel like I was interrupting her from something more important. I called and asked for pricing for 75 tote bags. I was informed that the bags ranged anywhere from $3-5.00. I told her that I would more than likely chose the cheapest bag. She then quoted me a price of $3. I then tried to calculate price myself. I asked Sue what was the tax and she said, 8.50%. She didn't even ask me the date that I needed the bags by. I asked her if there was anyway that I could have them done for Sat. She stated that the shop was down to one printer and they weren't taking anymore orders this week! She didn't even try to offer more suggestion or even say let me see what I could do. I guess they get enough business from the schools that they don't try to satisfy the average consumer. For 75 tee shirts she quoted me $7. I said $7 was expensive and she replied, that's our price!

DO NOT go to the Locker Room for any of your screen printing. I had some items prepared for pick up on a Friday before a long weekend. I was called and told that my items were ready and that the store would be open until 5:00 PM. I drove to the store at 4:25 to find the door locked and all of the lights shut off. I tried to call and leave a message voicing my displeasure but the Locker Room does not even have an answering machine. I will NEVER again use the Locker Room for anything.
