        Overall

        They rarely answer the phone, do not return calls and if you are fortunate to speak with someone it is an unlicensed agent that knows very little. The licensed agents will not call back.

        If you have to deal with AllState call the Lenoir office, otherwise find an alternative company. If they treat potential new customers this way, I would hate to have to file a claim with them.
