BB & T

I am very disappointed in BB&T. I have tried to get a business visa card for one our drivers for a month with no success. I faxed all the information needed on 8/3/09, 8/17/09, 8/24/09 and I talked to someone each time. So far they have not sent the card and have not been helpful at all. Each time that I talk to someone about the problem they would say that they would find out what was going on and would take care of the problem and would call me back the next day, so far I havent heard anything back or received a card.
