Domino's Pizza

Avoid this store like the plague!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Will never order pizza from this place again. Ordered pizza, a salad, and a drink at 6:45 pm and waited until 8:50 pm for it to be delivered. Pizza arrived cold. Call the store to ask for a refund and Hanna, the manager, outright refuses due to the delivery drivers being busy. They claim delivery drivers take 8-12 orders out at a time and that's the reason it arrived cold.

Regardless of how busy, why would you take out that many orders at once, only to have all your customers upset you delivered them a cold hard pizza? I asked the manager there at the Boone Domino's, Hanna, whether Domino's was in the business of delivering cold pizza, to which she replied "Apparently we are."

They must have improved since the last review. The beds when I first started going weren't broken in the slightest, and they've added wider beds in some rooms just recently. The rooms are still cramped, but it's big enough to do whatever I need to do.

Never had problems. Speedy delivery.

I have to admit I havent been back for a long time, the rooms are very cramped and the beds glass is broken and to me just unsafe.

delicious pizza and all the other menu items are great to. Excellent place to get take out and I would definitely recommend it.
