Feathers and Fur

I have never done this dog so I DON'T KNOW what this lady is talking about. I NEVER have an owner hold a dog for me. If she was unhappy she should have said something at the time and I would have rectified the problem or returned her money.

Don't waste your time or money. Paid $25 dollars for a medium sized dog and all they did was clip his back claws only and I had to hold him for it and he doesnt even smell like they bathed him. It took them 2 hours for all that and she wasn't even busy. When I first went in she was laying down on a couch.
