        Completely satisfied !!

        From the very first call that I placed with Ferro Fuel Oil in Boothwyn Pa.,To the service that I received was exactly what I as a customer,want when I deal with a company.

        I actually talked to a live person right away,and the lady that answered the phone was so kind,it made me feel like I had reached a good ol' mom and pop kind of place.When the service tech(Tim) arrived,he was very polite,and did a very thorough job,answering all of my questions,making me feel as though I had been a customer for a long time.

        I highly recommend Ferro's services.After being treated like just a number by the company that I previously used,It was a welcomed surprise to deal with Ferro's.
