I bought a handgun and I wouldn't return to them again. Most of the guys behind the counter have an attitude when asking questions. Few weeks later, they called me and told me my handgun was ready in the store, which i stopped by and the another older gentleman wasted my time and failed to tell me NIC is closed on Sundays and proceeded to complete my paperwork and took my permit. Towards the end, I learned about this inf. And was upset because I was not informed properly.

I feel most of this sales guys think they work for a police dept. Instead of focusing on sales, they are arrogant and rude to a certain extent. I have experience better service. Please go somewhere else.
