Elkus Manfredi Architects is a full-service design firm that provides architecture, master planning, urban design, interior architecture, space planning and programming from its headquarters in Boston. Founded in 1988, Elkus Manfredi Architects has developed a reputation for design in mixed-use, retail and entertainment, corporate office buildings and interiors, education, hospitality and residential facilities. The firm s portfolio includes: The Shops at Columbus Circle; Time Warner Center in New York; The Grove in Los Angeles; Downtown Disney in Anaheim, Calif.; The Paramount residential tower in San Francisco; Pacific Place in Seattle; Sansom Common at the University of Pennsylvania; CityPlace downtown redevelopment in West Palm Beach, Fla; and offices for corporations, including State Street Financial, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Putnam Investments and Towers Perrin. Another project of note is Belmar, a 3.3 million square foot, mixed-use, urban development, which will become the new downtown for Lakewood, Colo.
