I totally agree with the previous reviewer. I have spoken to several of my male collegues and they have witnessed the same treatment. I recently inquired about a position and was rudely cut off when asking a question by the search director. I would recommend to stay away from this organization if your a male or from any ethnic group that they personally have opinions about.

Sadly this search firm could use some customer service lessons. I have been contacted by their recruiters twice, once a few years back and once more recently. After going through and rewriting my resume and submitting it I was never contacted again - not even a "you stink" or "sorry but your skills did not match what they were looking for". The other piece of info people ought to be aware of is they seem to have a bias towards women. In a recent email they highlighted their recent successes and out of 24 placements only 2 were men. I have been working in development/fundraising for over 20 years and have a decent network of colleagues, both men and women, the men I know refer to this firm as the Ya Ya Sisterhood and they have had, for the most part the same experience. I will never apply for a job where this firm is doing the search.
