Sunday, July 10th - 2011 after calling countless courier companies (all closed), finally I found Performance Courier INC on SuperPages. I messed up Friday when I forgot to drop our shipment in the FedEx drop box. In short, Performance Courier, INC - not Breakaway Courier, picked up my package and delivered to our CFO in NYC within 5 hours of my call. We will switch to Performance Courier, INC for all our deliveries, local and out of state. I received an email confirmation upon delivery as well as a personalized email form the manager on duty thanking me for my business. He included a rate sheet for future business and a simple account set up. Based on this very positive experience it is my guess that this company places great emphasis on old school customer service.
