I paid $2000 for plans and to have the mechanical/engineering plans as well. Hearthstone didn't match the main floor with the basement. After framing this home we found this out. The flu for the water heater from the basement was lined up to go through the middle of the floor of the main level. Hearthstone was completely unsympathetic. They told me too bad I was stuck with it. Very frustrating when building a $340k home. Would never ever use again.
