This past weekend every time I ran the washer water backed up in my toilet and the sinks not top mention the shower drain. I have company from out of town expected tomorrow, so I need to get this wash done and why pay the laundry mat when i have the appliances and of course there is a problem so i have to get it fixed, well my point now that the stage is set ...I called and the gentleman answered politely assured a technician would call me back with in 10 mins- it was only 3 I counted :) and they were able to come out and fix the problem the same day with an hour and even know it was saturday they didn't charge an arm and a leg they are reaaly available 24/7 and are reasonable.

I was a wreck when i had water coming up all over my hardwood floors and carpets.Didn't know who or what to do, had heard of this company through a friend at work, she knew the company did work at her church and were very fair and timely. I took a chance and called, they were there with in an hour and assured me they would help me in any way they could. They dealt with the insurance and knew what was needed so i didn't have to learn the lingo :) and they kepted me informed the whole way thur and my restoration was beautiful !!!!!!!!!
