When I placed a call 3 hours after dropping my dog off to see how much longer it would be, I was told that they had not started on my dog and it would be at least 45 minutes. I told them to forget it and that I was coming to pick my dog up because it was ridiculous that it was going to take so long. When I walked into the store the owner, old man, began dropping F bombs on me, calling me a little d***head, throwing any vulgar words he could at me while making obscene gestures because I was "so rude" on the phone when I called right next to my grandmother and young sister. I had to threaten to call the police when he would not give me my dog's collar and leash. As I was leaving he referred to me as a little C***. This is the WORST customer service I have ever received and hope that this business goes under. I feel bad for his employees. NEVER GO HERE!

They did a great job in my miniature schnauzer. She looks soooo cute. Staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and my baby was done in the promised time frame. Lucy also got to run around and play with other dogs after she as done and I know she loved that. Its better than being in a cage waiting for mommy to pick her up. We have been to two other Groomers in town and this is the one we will be going back to. Thanks so much for a job well done!

If I could give them zero stars I would! Brought my cat in for a trim and was told to pick her up in 5 hours. I called to see if she was ready and they said they were running behind and not to come for another couple of hours. I arrived to pick her up and found that a chunk of her ear had been chewed off! They were stalling to try and stop the bleeding! When asked what happened I was told that she had a scab that "blew up". They said she came in that way. I told them that was a lie and the knew it! They never admitted what really happened, but didn't charge me for the $50 cut and said they'd pay any vet bills. Hmm, if they didn't do it then why not charge me? Please do not use these people, your pets deserve better than this!

I have used the owners and this business going back to it's inception. The owners are salt of the earth people that would do anything to put your pets first and provide the best services possible. They actually honor their word, something you rarely see in this day and age.

Give their grooming or pet sitting services a try, you won't be disappointed. Rated 5+ stars by Boots, Belle, Daisy and Zoey.

True Love did a beautiful job on my 2 dogs!! I've been to quite a few groomers, and I was impressed with how great the staff was. Not only that, but in between groomings they trim their nails at no cost! I live over an hour away, but when I come in town, I make sure to make an appointment. The owner, Cliff has a genuine love for animals, and it shows!! My dogs are my babies, and I feel their in good hands when I drop them off.

I take my medium haired cat there and they've managed to rid her of some tricky mats without having to cut them out; given her "charming personality" I am sure this is less than pleasant for the staff. The staff has always been courteous and while she is there for some time (at least three hours), I don't expect her to be done in a matter of twenty minutes. I haven't had an issue of note that requires having to turn to management so on that I cannot comment. Prices are better than Petsmart etc. for cat grooming ($35 for a bath and trim). Only get it done every eight weeks or so; worth while so that I don't have to suffer the trauma of having to bathe my cat myself.

I wish I had been made aware of these problems at the time they occured, as I would have addressed them promptly. but I simply ran across these complaints just now. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They will take 3-6 hours to groom your dog, which is ridiculous, so make sure you have the day off and nothing planned. They started out good with the grooming, but in recent visits I have noticed croooked and choppy haircuts, my dog bleeding from where they clippered him to closely. After having my dog for over 5 hours, they had the nerve to tell me that they also just raised the prices. They could have told me when i ,made the appointment, or when i dropped him off, but they chose to wait until after making me wait 5 hours+ of my dog being there. I will NEVER be taking my dog back there. WORST SERVICE!!!!

All i can say is that I am truly blessed to have this groomer within minutes of my home. I think they do a great job on dogs as well as cats. And I am thankful that they have the low cost shot clinic there.
