Worst place ive lived. Kris Hamilton is a complete tool, refuses to address issues, apt conditions are terrible. Never rent from them under any circumstances.

if you want to have your rights as a tenant violated, you don't care about living with rodents, and you don't mind having a broken everything, go ahead and rent from these guys.

I've rented from kris for two years almost. He's awesome. Always helpful, always returns my calls. We had a rat problem and he was very prompt in taking care of it.

Rented from Hamilton Rentals from 2010-2011. I stopped renting from Kris when I woke up to his repairman unlocking my door and walking into my apartment. He said he knocked and waited for someone to answer, but I don't know because I was sleeping. It scared me because I was the only person home and what if I was taking a shower! The repairman said that in my lease it states that he has the right to enter any apartment. I've rented from other people and I've had other leases that said the repairman/landlord had the right to enter the aparment to make repairs, but I have never had one to enter without calling or makeing arrangements before hand. I will never rent from Hamilton Rentals again.

Me and my girlf riend rented from Hamilton rentals. We never had a problem with things needing to be fixed, but we did have a problem with parking. Kris gave everyone in the apartment parking passes and said any car without this pass would be towed. At the end of most days I would return home from school only to find that I had no place to park. The other people living in the aparment would have they friends over, and about 4 times a week I would have to park one to two blocks away and walk home. It got old. Plus he would never return our calls about the parking problem, so we had to break our lease and move. We also did not get our deposit back, but it was worth it. If your a college student you should not rent from Kris Hamilton because he will take advantage of you.

I rented from this guy for one year and he lied alot. The only calls he would return were about paying the rent. All of my other calls about repair, bugs, parking issues, ect. he would never return and when I did get to talk to him about those issues he would say I'm getting right on that, and nothing would get done. I lived in a house that he turned in to apartments and all of the other people in that apartment building had the same problems with him. I agree you should avoid this landlord because he is not a professional.

I rented from Kris Hamilton for two years and if it could not be fixed with duct tape then it did not get fixed. Krish Hamilton gives landlords everywhere a bad name. If your going to move to Bowling Green or if you are a college student looking for a place to rent you should avoid Kris Hamilton. Or you could rent from Kris Hamilton and learn a good lesson.



P.s. he will say anything to get you to sign a lease. "That's going to be fixed" or "if you move in I'm going to take care of that," and "that just happened and its going to be fixed soon."
